Who is responsible
YLC NETWORK FZC, which publishes 1900.agency and sells its Founder Pack (see the legal notice). Contact: support@1900.agency.
What we collect
Waitlist (before orders opened): your email address, the website language, your choice on the news checkbox (with the version of the text you accepted and the date) and, when the link you followed contains them, the source of your visit and the code of the ambassador who referred you.
Your IP address is never stored: only an encrypted fingerprint, from which it cannot be recovered, is used for 10 minutes to limit abusive submissions.
Why
To tell you when orders open and give you first access, as you asked (basis: steps taken at your request before a contract). To send you our news (launch, offers, tips), only if you ticked the box for it (basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time). To credit any commission to the ambassador who referred you (basis: legitimate interest).
When you order
When you order the Founder Pack, Whop (our payment provider) sends us your email address, your billing country, the amount paid and, if any, the ambassador who referred you. We create your account with that address and keep your order, the delivery address you give for your box and its tracking. Basis: performance of the contract. This data is used to give you access to the studio, deliver your box, and handle refunds and commissions; it is kept for the order and then as long as our accounting obligations require. It is hosted by Supabase in the European Union; your delivery address is passed to the carrier.
When you use the app
In your 1900.agency space, we store what you create and send us (texts, instructions, images, videos) and your credit balance, to provide the service (basis: performance of the contract). To create your videos, the texts and instructions needed are sent to Anthropic (scripts and scenes), fal (images) and ElevenLabs (voice-over), which process them on our behalf; videos are rendered at Vercel. Sign-in and service emails are sent by Resend. If you activate the Ambassador program, your email address is sent to Whop to create your affiliate account, and Whop tells us which sales are credited to your link.
How long
Waitlist: 24 months from the day you sign up, or until you unsubscribe if that comes first; after that, this data is deleted. Orders: see “When you order” above.
Who can access it
The 1900.agency team, and our providers, each for its own task: Supabase (European Union) hosts accounts, orders and the waitlist; Vercel (United States) hosts and serves the website and the app, and renders videos; Whop (United States) collects payments and runs the Ambassador program; Resend sends emails; Crisp IM SAS (France) provides the live chat, only if you open it; Anthropic, fal and ElevenLabs (United States) process the instructions needed to create your videos; the carrier receives your delivery address. Our processors handle the data on our instructions and for no other purpose; Whop, which resells the Pack, also applies its own privacy policy. Your data is never sold or rented.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to support@1900.agency. Every news email also contains an unsubscribe link. You can lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).
